What happens when a wedding planner plans her own wedding? Crazy attention to detail, DIY projects, and lots of organization! From the handmade invitations, to chalk board drink menus, and embossed food menus at each setting, no detail was overlooked! 

 

Andrew and I tied the knot with 70 of our closest family and friends, atop Lookout Mountain in Boulder, Colorado. We wanted an elegant affair without feel too stuffy.  We created unique details for our tables including customized wine bottle table numbers, and custom menu cards for the place settings. The mood was set with a crystal embellished arch, and simple gold chairs. 

 

Our amazing Caterer created a menu that matched our personality, including a pie bar instead of a typical bridal cake. At the end of the day, I realized that as long as you get married the the person you love (in my case my best friend), your day was perfect!
