Program Description:

The Tourism Front Office Program is designed for those who want to embark on a career in the front line of a hotel. This program will equip students with the proper techniques, abilities, abilities and professional skills needed to meet the demand of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry in Belize.
After completing this program, the students will also have the behavioral and communication skills necessary when dealing with guests. They will have the qualities and the skills to work in a computerized Front Office environment and will be able to handle guest queries and requests efficiently and effectively.



Program Rationales:

1. To develop the student skills to perform attend to front desks.

2. To be accepted in industry as a professional Front Office  Personnel.
3. Creates opportunities for well trained front office service personnel with the expected level of qualification, techniques, attitude, and professionalism to meet the industry standards.
